"We have nothing but praise for the team at RNR. We chose RNR to replace the jet engine of an air conditioner that was so loud that we couldn’t even hear ourselves think to something quieter. Sara discussed options with us, as I am a very light sleeper and recommended that we get the Dometic freshjet pro. "I had a pretty major job done last year (replacement of damaged roof) & am very happy the result. Just had a few pretty minor follow up issues to deal with. Spoke to Nick & Dan about a solution to a slightly odd painting issue. They researched it a bit & came up with a solution. Caravan looks like new.
Office staff were very efficient & courteous, in spite of me constantly changing drop off & pick up times. RnR is always busy, which I take as a good sign - people want to have their repairs done there.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RnR.

"I had my damaged awning replaced by “The Awning Man” & l was not happy at all with the work that he had done on my van, so my Insurance company said l could find someone else to re fix the awning, as it would still come under the same claim no.
I can not speak highly enough of RmR with the repair work they did to my van. The whole top part of the wall, on the passenger side, has been fibre glassed, then the whole wsll painted & new graphics put on it too. It looks like a new van, have to go out & buy new graphics for the other side, so it matches. lol
There happen to be a mishap yesterday, the day l was supposed to pick up my Van. A large ladder had fallen on to the body work on the drivers side, above the wheel, which left a big dent. They phoned me straight away & said they will repair & paint the damaged area & l would be able to pick it up the next day (today) What an amazing job they did & also they did a beautiful detail job on the outside of the van. The whole body looks so lovely & shiny. What a fantastic job RnR did to my van.
Thank you Sarah (office) for keeping me up to date with how the repairs were going. Really lovely & friendly staff to deal with, no questions go unanswered. Thank you RmR for a lovely repairs work experience. Will surely recommend you to other travellers. 👍
