Daniel is an experienced leader and has been managing the RNR Refinish group of companies since 2017. Daniel has extensive knowledge within the RV industry with many skills and qualifications specialising in commercial fields. Since 2017 Daniel has steered and expanded the company through streamlining the business model and customer experience to both our retail and commercial clients. Daniel is in charge of the group of companies - RNR Refinish, RNR Refinish Mobile & RV Parts Australia.
Kathleen Miller
Operations Manager RNR Refinish Group
As Operations Manager , Kathleen is responsible for commercial and retail operations across the board of the RNR Refinish Group. With a focus on customer experience , process improvement and increasing sales and revenue by optimising repair and IT technology and also directly in charge of overseeing the day to day operations of the companies. Kathleen has a large extent of industry knowledge and utilises her skills to operate and improve the business. Kathleen is in charge of all operations for RNR Refinish, RNR Refinish Mobile and Rv Parts Australia.
Wayne Mcfarlane
Workshop Manager RNR Refinish
With years of experience in the automotive repair industry Wayne has an extreme eye for detail and quality control. Wayne is directly in charge of overseeing the workshop specialising in quality control , customer handover’s and repair procedure experiences. This also includes the management of staff and assessments of retail customers. Since joining the team in 2019 Wayne has introduced streamlined quality control systems allowing us to provide prompt, quality repairs for our customers.
Elleri Rasmussen
Accounts & Admin Manager RNR Refinish Group
Elleri has years of business and admin management also specialising in human resources. This position oversees all accounts and admin duties. Elleri is responsible for managing all financial matters and strategic business planning across the group of companies. Since joining the team Elleri has proven to be invaluable in the large growth of the business and key decision making.
Cameron Quaedvlieg
RNR Refinish Mobile Repairs Manager
Cameron has been working with RNR Refinish Mobile since 2014 and is an industry leader in mobile RV repair solutions. This position has included the expansion into other states and New Zealand and managing the complete processes throughout the company. Cameron has introduced new services and repair technology allowing the company to service both commercial and retail customers.
Kayla Neilsen
Receptionist & Online Parts Sales Assistant RNR Refinish Group
With superior customer service and IT skills and experience Kayla provides efficient and prompt communication to both our retail and commercial customers. With a high level of organisation skills Kayla coordinates booking times and the processing of the online parts orders through RV Parts Australia.
Beau Graham & Nicolas Mclaughlin
Workshop Supervisors Caravan Repairs/Panel Repairs RNR Refinish
Beau is a qualified sheet metal worker and Nick is a qualified panel beater. Both have fantastic supervising and repair method skills. They are in charge of the day to day running in the workshop supervising staff and productivity and safe work procedures. Beau and Nick allow the business to provide an efficient repair service to our valued customers.
