How We Do It

Our qualified technicians have the latest in repair technology fitted out with there specialist vehicles. This allows us to carry out repair on small cracks, chips and scratches including damages to shower floors and all internal and external componentry on an RV. The damaged area is ground out and treated then with epoxy the damage is filled & smoothed off. We then apply a primer followed by a shiny 2-pack finish blended into the surrounded area. Our highly trained staff are experts in keeping the touch-ups small and neat.

Shower Floors

Shower floor damage in caravans and motorhomes is a common event – rather then replace the complete shower our highly trained expert staff can repair & paint the shower floor back to original condition for a margin of the price to replace. Damage to the shower floor can happen simply by dropping something on it, general wear and tear or even manufacture faults. Wheel Arch Flares

Damage to the wheel arch flares on all types of RV’s is very common. This can simply happen by turning to close when parking, wheel arch flares damage very easy and in many cases older style wheel arches cannot be replaced. RNR Refinish mobile services can repair these back to new with our repair methods including plastic welding the cracks or fibre glass repairing the damage. We then repair & paint the wheel arch flare back to pre-accident condition.

Luton Peak

Luton peak damage is the area above the cabin of the vehicle – in most cases it is used for a bed or a second storage area. In particular the left-hand side luton peak is damaged more often as it’s further away from the driver making it harder to see. Our experienced qualified technicians can fix the luton peak repairs back to industry standard onsite. With the surrounding area buffed we are then able to blend the repair area in leaving your RV luton peak back to pre-accident condition. In the even the damage is much larger we are able to carry the large repair out at our repair facility.

Aluminium Cladding Repairs

RNR Refinish are leading experts in these tricky repairs – servicing many customers and commercial dealerships we specialise in this area. Repairing aluminium can be extremely difficult in particular on caravans as the aluminium is very weak and when the repaired area is filled it can create more damage next to it. The rule for aluminium cladding repairs is if the damage is no bigger then a 20cm area we can generally restore it back to pre-accident or something close. If the damage is any bigger we are able to re-sheet the caravan back at our repair facility.
